Kayla Roof

Hi, I’m Kayla Roof and I am wife to Jordan and mama to James and Jacob. I moved from Louisville, Kentucky to Franklin in 2012 and absolutely love it here! I have been a member of Fit4Mom Franklin since June 2020, formerly as a client and now as an instructor and as one of the franchise owners. Fit4Mom was immediately a huge, positive part of my life. I loved the workouts, the playdates, the MNOs, the Family Days… everything about it. I hope that Ashley and I can continue to cultivate this amazing Village of mamas as we grow. I am so excited for this journey with you all.
